General Terms & Conditions
All tickets sold by Barefoot Cinema are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Wet Weather Policy
As an outdoor cinema, part of the fun is enjoying the great outdoors. However, that does mean that there is a risk that the weather may not be ideal for your chosen session. If we could control the weather, we would absolutely make it perfect conditions every day! Sadly, that’s not the case.
Barefoot Cinema is an all-weather outdoor event that will go ahead in most weather conditions, including in the event of light or intermittent rain or during weather conditions which you may consider to be unsatisfactory. If the weather is looking a bit dicey, we encourage you to dress appropriately and be sure to bring something to keep you nice and warm and dry throughout the night.
If there is a risk of bad weather, we will try to get in contact with you as early as possible to let you know what is happening so keep an eye on your text messages, emails and our social media channels for all the latest updates.
In some cases, we will cancel or reschedule a particular session, including inf the weather conditions pose a risk to patrons or staff or if directed or required to do so by the land manager or any emergency services (including the Country Fire Authority).
If we do cancel or reshedule an event, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know what’s happening and you will be able to transfer your tickets to any other session at any of our venues during the current or subsequent season. Tickets will not be refundable.
We will send you further details by email if we do have to cancel a session, but the process for exchanging your tickets is quite straight forward and we’re always here to help if you do have any questions.
